After 20 years of cleaning gutters at my Brook Highland home, I started the search for a permanent solution. We chose Gutter Helmet primarily because of the design. In addition to hickory and oak leaves, we get a LOT of pine needles. Other solutions often use a wire mesh that pine needles would getstuck in. Gutter Helmet has been installed for over a year now and we are very happy with the results. Heavy rain still flows through the system well, with no overflows and I don't have to clean the gutters!
